Do you offer a free trial?

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
Absolutely not! There are no hidden costs or setup fees…the price you see is the price you pay.
Am I tied into a minimum contract?
Definitely not! We’re so confident that you’ll love our system and see the benefits that DTS Anytime Pro will bring to your driving school, we don’t need to tie you into a minimum contract.

I used to buy All Tests for my pupils…is DTS Anytime similar?
You’ll be pleased to know that DTS Anytime is an online version of our best-selling and award winning All Tests PC software. This means that you can be confident that you’re still providing your pupils with all the latest tools and resources needed to achieve a first time pass.
How do I invite my pupils to DTS Anytime?
Simply enter your pupils name and email address, and we’ll automatically send them an email containing their unique sign up link. Once they click on the link in the email, they will be asked to set their password and away they go! For a step by step guide on how invite your pupils, contact Jag Ford.
How many pupils can I put through the system?
You’ll be pleased to know that DTS Anytime is completely different to all the other solutions that are currently on the market. We don’t restrict you in terms of how many pupils you can give full access to at any one time. All we ask is that you agree to our Fair Use Policy.
Is my monthly fee likely to increase?
Absolutely not! Once you’ve signed up to DTS Anytime Pro, and continue as an active member, we will guarantee that your price will not increase unless your usage changes. However, if you do decide to cancel your membership and reinstate your account at a later date, you will lose your price freeze guarantee, and you will be charged the new monthly fee advertised at the time of reinstating your account.
What will my pupils have access to?
Once your pupil has activated their account, they’ll have unlimited access to all the revision tools needed to help them prepare and pass their Theory Test first time including:

What is the Fair use policy?
Although DTS Anytime Pro offers “unlimited pupils” per instructor, this is subject to a “Fair Usage Policy”. This is necessary to ensure our hosting services and all the resources made available within it, are used fairly and operate reliably for all of our customers.
The £10 per month membership is intended and designed for a single instructor’s use with up to a maximum of two training cars. The membership is personal to you and under this “Fair Usage Policy” unfortunately you are not allowed to share your membership with another instructor or entity.
Can I check on the progress of each of my pupils?
Yes! Once you’re signed up, simply log into your Instructor Dashboard to view a full breakdown of all the activities for each of your pupils.
How can I cancel my DTS Anytime Pro membership?
If for any reason you’d like to cancel your monthly membership with DTS Anytime Pro, please email Jag Ford or call 01889-571207 during office hours.
What happens if my pupil doesn’t click the link in the activation email?
Once your send the invite to your pupil, they have 14 days to click on the activation link in the email. If your pupil does not activate their account during this time, their account will automatically be deleted from the system and you will have to resend the invite again.
Help…I’ve entered an incorrect email address for my pupil
Not to worry! We automatically delete any accounts that have not been activated within 14 days, so after this time, the ‘user’ will no longer show in the system. However, if you are concerned and would like this deleted before the standard 14 days, you can drop us an email and we’ll get this sorted for you.
What happens once I’ve signed up?
Once you have entered your payment details with DTS Anytime Pro and your account has been created, you will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to activate your account and set your password. Please make sure that you follow the instructions in this email in order to get you logged into your unique Instructor Dashboard.
If you haven’t received your activation email, please check your spam filter/junk folder. If for any reason after 30 minutes this still hasn’t arrived please contact us.
Where do I login once I’ve signed up?
Once you have activated your account and set your password, the next time you login you can simply visit www.dtsanytime.co.uk and click on the ‘Login’ link at the top of the page.
I can’t remember my login details (username and password)
Don’t worry, we can help you get back on board. Visit www.dtsanytime.co.uk/login.aspx and click on the ‘Forgotten your Password’ link. Enter your email address that you use to login into your Instructor Dashboard. Click on the ‘Reset Password’ button and you’ll receive an email from [email protected] with details on how to reset your password.

How long does each of my pupils get on the system?
Each membership that you send to your pupil is valid for 3 months from the date of activation. During the 3 months membership, you pupil will have UNLIMITED access to all the training tools and resources available on DTS Anytime.
Do I need to change the access level for my pupils?
No, every pupil that you invite onto the system will have FULL access for 3 months. This means that you don’t need to worry about removing pupils who have passed their test.
Do you have voiceover for the Theory Test questions and answers?
Oh yes! All the Theory Test questions and answers have an optional voiceover available in English, Polish, Arabic, Punjabi and Urdu.
How often is DTS Anytime updated?
Our system is regularly updated to ensure that it contains the very latest training tools and resources at all times. Being a driving instructor you know that the DVSA make regular changes to the test throughout the year. But you can be confident in knowing that all these changes are mirrored on DTS Anytime, so you’re pupils have the very latest revision tools at all times.
How many hazard perception clips do you have?
We have over 400 interactive hazard perception clips – that’s 300+ more than our closest competitor!
What devices can I login using to access my Instructor Dashboard?
Although you can log into your Instructor Dashboard using a smartphone, tablet, PC, Mac, laptop or netbook, we strongly recommend that when viewing your pupil progress you use a device with a larger screen. This is mainly due to the amount of information that is available for each pupil, making it difficult to view on smaller screens such as smartphones.
Do you have any web banners that I can use on my website?
We have a range of web banner available to download in our Resources section on our website. We do have an in house design team, so if you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to get these created for you.

Can I send access to myself so I can see what my pupils will receive?
Of course you can! All you will need is a separate email address to the one that you use to log into your Instructor Dashboard. Simply log into your Instructor Dashboard, enter your new email address into the usual place where you invite your pupils and click send. Head on over to your email inbox, click the activation link in the email, set your password and off you go! You’re now logged in as a learner so you can see EXACTLY what each of your pupils will get.
What happens if I cancel my membership to DTS Anytime Pro?
If you cancel your monthly membership with DTS Anytime Pro, you will still have access to your ADI dashboard but you will no longer be able to send out new invites to your pupils.
What if I have a request for a new feature?
For those of you who have been in contact or worked with Driving Test Success in the past, you will know that we welcome customer feedback (both positive and negative!) with open arms. If there’s something that you feel isn’t working for you, or you’re after a new feature that will make your life easier, then let us know and we’ll do our very best to get this sorted for you.
What happens if I breach the Fair Use Policy?
If we feel that you may have breached the Fair Usage Policy we may contact you, using the details provided during registration to let you know that we deem your usage to be excessive and to discuss options to enable you and your pupils to continue to use DTS Anytime. In this event we reserve the right at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, to either (i) impose reasonable limits to reduce your usage; or (ii) agree a suitable fee structure with you to continue to use the service; or (iii) suspend your usage; or (iv) terminate your usage.
What do you class as excessive behaviour?
Excessive behaviour will be determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the number of pupils you invite onto the system during a given month, the length of time which your excessive usage continues for, evidence of sharing your account with other instructors as well as the amount of resources being used.
My payment details are about to expire, how do I update these?
To update your card details that you use for your monthly payments simply visit the DTS Anytime Pro Account page and sign in using your email address and the password you set when you first registered with DTS Anytime Pro.

My pupil hasn’t received their activation email
Ask them to check their spam filter/junk folder as sometimes the activation email can get caught up in here. If for any reason they still haven’t received this after 30 minutes please ask them to contact us.
Do my pupils need to enter any payment details?
Absolutely not! At no point during your pupils 3 month membership with DTS Anytime will they be asked to enter any payment details. Once their membership expires they will have the option to extend this if needed, or they can contact you (their instructor) to extend their membership for them.
How do my pupils login once I’ve invited them to use DTS Anytime?
Once your pupil has received the initial email, clicked on the activation email that you sent and set their password, they can simply visit www.dtsanytime.co.uk to login.
Can my pupils use their mobile data?
When viewing the video files, a considerable amount of bandwidth can be consumed. Therefore we strongly recommend that if your pupils are revising on a mobile device, they restrict themselves to a WiFi connection where available, to avoid incurring 3G or 4G data charges from their mobile providers.
What devices can my pupils use to login and revise?
DTS-Anytime can be accessed via a range of devices including from a smartphone, tablet, PC, Mac, laptop or netbook. However, owing to differences in performance and implementation of the HTML5 standard, not all features can be guaranteed to work on all permutations of hardware, operating system or browser.
What happens at the end of my pupils access?
At the end of the 3 months, your pupil will receive a notification to let them know that their access is due to expire. They have the option to extend this themselves with a one-off payment, or you can simply extend their access from your Instructor Dashboard (see ‘How do I extend my pupils access to DTS-Anytime’).
